When admins can't handle sarcasm, and lets other people spam

I have played Jb servers for awhile and there are times when a massive freekill occurs here and there and when it does happen there's nothing the people can do but be killed unless a donor is on or a admin but it can take some time for response and yes they can report them and such but it's not...

So whenever all the reds die on jailbreak and its just free days left, could their free days get removed? I have seen admins remove it since they're delaying the round but, is there a way to have this happen automatically?

Recently, whenever someone would pick me for freeday, I will spawn with the other freedays, but I don't have the particles. I haven't tested it yet to see if I actually am not getting freeday.

Sometimes people spawn will spawn with weapons that don't work, i.e. unable to swap to medigun, and demoknights can't charge on blu and red. Any help?
