Completed Removal of the Disguise Kit for Spy

I think the Disguise Kit should be removed from the jailbreak servers

It has no usage, except from disguising which is against the rules. This would stop unaware people from doing it.

I've seen this in other jailbreak servers, I think it should be a thing here too.

Disguise Kits were previously inaccessible, though the date at which this was reversed escapes me. It's a bug or oversight that'll be addressed eventually.
