Currently the respawn time is like 5 seconds (For donors) I think we should increase it to 10-20 seconds for donors and 5-10 seconds for default members because not a lot happens in 5 seconds. (Please correct me if I'm wrong about the current time)

Some servers has this already and I think its working out pretty good, This also helps for people being gagged, even if its their own fault they still have a right to be able to play properly. This would be a command for alive people only with a delay of 5-10 seconds.
