A lot of times when someone does Simon says the warden says (ss= Simon says) SS crouch, then the warden says, SS taunt. All reds do it and the warden kills them for Simon didn't say uncrouch (same goes for jump orders) I suggest that in the JB rules or just making it a new rule it states that warden has to say SS crouch and stay crouched or jump and keep jumping.

The warden can't kill someone for 'simon didn't say uncrouch' if he didn't tell them to keep crouching in the first place. Otherwise he could also kill them for 'simon didn't say keep crouching', and that would make something as simple as 'crouch' a conflicting order.

Even if you disregard all that, and pretend like you can kill them for this, the example you made would then contain a seperate conflicting order and not be allowed to begin with.

I know but it should be in the definition of Simon Says

No Conflicting Orders
Unless there is a special "day" active, reds will follow the most recent order given to avoid confusion.

For example: Warden cannot say "Stay off my grass" and then order reds to "Follow markers" when a marker is placed on the grass. The reds should follow the marker as it was the most recent instruction given.

This means that the order given in your example was absolutely fine to follow, and that the warden freekilled.

They should change the rules so if the warden says 'crouch', reds crouch then immediately uncrouch. If the warden wants reds to stay crouched, he must say so.
