[SZF] Items and demoman projectiles going through walls

Since a few months ago there has been a glitch where demomans projectiles go through walls.
It also affects map items like gas canisters (ex. szf_shoplift). some items dont fall right away but they fall after being picked up and dropped(ex. szf_isaac items).
It happens randomly and stays until the server gets restarted and sometimes that doesnt fix it either.
