I wish to apply for moderator, is there a form I might be able to use to do so?

So I want to apply for admin (I cannot do it yet) and I was wondering if it would still be accepted even if I didn't play Jailbreak. I don't play JB so I don't know any of the rules for it. I was just curious if it would affect my chance of getting accepted if I didn't know any of the rules.
