Well I just edited saying that whoever in gaged the vote needs to motivate it by choosing/typing a valid reason for the votemute/gag/slay/potential teamban

And still you shouldn't be muted if you for example freekill. You should be teambanned

Well it used to be that way that when server changes maps the mute/gag gets removed

There is an option to buy roll rtd for all in store and it does cost a lot but it can still be used for example ruin freeday incase someone "dies during their roll" and it can be used to slaughter players on both teams.

Well even if it does the mute disappears whenever a new map starts
