Most likely a title that is "#1" given to players only to players that have reached it, but like every title they can be used anywhere. so basicly a title that is given related to your rank

You create #1 title where only #1 ranked players can buy it. By example I earn #1 in dodgeball, I buy the title and equip it, it would just be showing #1 next to my name like any title
