Why were you punished?
For stealing ONE rocket in dodgeball

Why should we revoke your punishment?
Because I stole only ONE rocket in dodgeball that was coming towards me, If I didn't hit the rocket I would've died and I wouldve had to wait 3 minutes to restart a round.

After being banned, I contacted Herald11 for more details.

Yes a warn is a warn but, being banned for a week seems excessive.

Also, A lot of people steal in dodgeball, and as far as I see, I'm the only one getting banned,

Does it have to do something with my rank?

Either way, I'd like a more accurate ban time, and/or the rule changed or more enforced.

Other people’s actions do not justify your own. You were the one herald caught stealing. If you have proof of other people stealing, you can report it.

Also why does when you steal the rocket it dosen't instantly kill you ?

First off:

I have warned you for the past week when you were on at the same time as me and you were stealing.

Please record a demo of these players activity stealing and report them on the forums.

is the blocking rule. After looking at the demo more after I banned you, I did see a teammate standing somewhat near you, but that is not against the rules. You could have easily moved away from the rocket.

Of course, this has nothing to do with your rank, however, you are currently #1 in the US dodgeball server so I'd assume you would be quite knowledgeable in terms of the dodgeball rules, as you spend a lot of time on there and there is only 4 of them.

You have been banned previously for stealing, so you were aware that it is against the rules.

Overall, you are 100% aware that you were breaking the rules and I told you 2 days ago that if I caught you stealing again, I would ban you and you responded with

That just shows me that you don't care, so with that, I will be declining your appeal. Please be more mindful in the future when playing dodgeball.

We give a threshold of 2 as we know that sometimes you are forced to steal if the rocket just happens to be directed into your path and you can‘t avoid it. We think this is a more fair approach to the stealing problem
