What's happening here and in the other thread, is that the bracketed colours you are adding in between each letter also count for the character limit, even though they are not shown in the actual message. Here is an example of how it is saved in the database. I think your title is cool, but...

Anticheat logs failed to save further details following the game update, so I will remove this ban just in case

We've chosen to unban only those who did not use the wallhack aspect of the HUD exploit.

I like the excuse, but I think the technical details need some work

It doesn't look great when the other account only joined and cheated on the same server you play on yourself. I will decline the appeal, but leave it unlocked in case you want to send a list of the other accounts that use your computer, so that we might learn more and work something out.
