I'm very convinced that this is a legitimate ban, based on the logs.

To ease your mind, yes, if the initial appeal is accepted then this account will be unbanned as well if it's actually a different person. I will not go through the appeal until tomorrow, though
The application does not answer the questions asked in the form. I'm assuming you meant to apply for jailbreak servers and not every TF2 server, but you do not understand the rules well enough to moderate them yet.
Thanks for the report, however the incident is from last year, before the user became staff.
Our chatlogs have recorded what was posted in the >10 minutes this was happening, and there are no logs showing use of the second name on our servers.
It's still in bad taste of course, and anyone...
Giving you access to personal round-altering commands requires the same level of trust as we give to staff members, which you do not have.
Then again, any signs of abuse could just result in an immediate ban anyway.
