I'm sorry, but we cannot take action unless the harassment was actually done through in-game chat. You can probably report his account through Twitch however, as harassment is against their community guidelines ;p

Player has been punished for the mass freekill. I cannot punish him for no mic however, he has to have been warden and not given any orders by 9 before I can take action against it.
