The cooldown timer on !fgm in dodgeball freezes if its active when a map change happens. Server reset appears to unfreeze it, but until then the server is locked out of fgm.

While I can't speak for the original reasons for why it was implemented, I personally find a continually spun-up heavy to be quite distracting as both a warden trying to give orders and as a prisoner trying to listen to them. Chasing and attacking these individuals is even more disruptive...

Reds are allowed to use any normal map secrets during VSH (as long as they dont hide in unreachable areas). This includes map exits and unleashing Putin's wrath. A rebel Red winning a round isn't considered LR denial either, otherwise trying to rebel on an LR round at all would be punishable.
