Please don't reply to a report unless you're providing physical evidence or adding something similarly substantial, thx. Punishing players for donor abuse off reports is different than punishing for something like spam for example. Its a longer process, and very thorough evidence is required...

Im afraid screenshots are insufficient proof of abuse. For all we know, the target couldve been racist in chat just before this and Sam was just joking about the whole steam chat thing. A demo or some other video evidence is generally required in these cases to punish the player, please...
