I have the same problem. Every time you join RED team, you'll see a black screen or half of the map, in-spectate mode no matter what you do, you won't be able to join another team or play, not only that your game crashes every time you join blue team. (Btw can someone move this thread to "problems")

Alright, thank you for letting me know. Yes, true. My punishments are way too extreme, that's how we used to handle panda.tf. Personally, I don't like them either, so I'll work on them and make them less intense.
