I sat through this 9 minute long demo just to see the steal happen right at the end. Why did you report this? Of the 9 minutes you show us, he only did it 1 time and got slain for it. I see that this is a rule in the server rules, but you record and post this long demo, over something that the server had already taken care of. If this is a bannable offense, then the admin will take care of it, but in my opinion this does not even feel like something that should have been reported. It's like someone in Jailbreak killing a person on accident, slaying themselves, and getting reported.

Except it's not an accident and the server only slays on the second steal and will ignore the first rocket. Add some more stealing and spam btw.
