#YoungWardenLivesMatter - Stop discrmination of young wardens based on their voice.

Hello, my name is Moose Gaming (dianite here but I cant't change my name) so welcome.

I've never posted here, but today I want to give a PSA to all JB players, about young wardens. Young wardens are people who play as Warden (and need to speak to play as the Warden), who have a young, or high-pitched voice.

Now let's imagine a young guard being selected as the Warden. He tells everyone to AFK freeze on the red line, Medics no healing, Scouts no protectiles and Spies have your sappers out.

Now, how do the prisoners react?

A) Follow his orders, normally.
B) Most follow his orders, but some stay in cells or use secrets in their cells to escape (or just rush the warden and pray they will kill him)
C) Everyone mass fires or rushes him, while saying mysogynistic slurs in the chat
D) All of the above

If you said C, you are absolutely correct.

Now, what are reasons behind doing this? Let's take a examination of the brain of some of these people, and why they think warden should be mass fired or killed

1. They're sexist and think the warden is a woman (they never heard a woman before)
2. They think the child is dumb and will MFK or doing something stupid, and is easily rushable.
3. They watched all of Great Blue's squeaker trolling videos and want to get a reaction out of the warden.
4. They're a jerk.

When one of these people find a young sounding warden, they will be confirmation biased by other people who want to kill/fire the young warden, and group up to do so, leaving the older sounding guards to claim warden.

This doesn't just go for young wardens too. Many wardens are fired, with people constantly looking for the warden to make one mistake and be instantly fired (e.g accidental freekill, letting Reds go into Blue side of a minigame, giving unnecessary Freedays, pardoning reds etc.)

Now, I want to make a new suggestion for Blackwonder. Enforce the rule of warden disrespect. I've never seen in my 80 hours of JB get punished for warden disrespect. In fact, if you report two people for warden disrespect, it comes out half-baked, despite both clearly disrespecting warden.

So, Blackwonder, may you please enforce the rule of warden disrespect?

I believe this is the real problem out of these 4 points, and it isn't a JB or TF2 problem only. Kids are almost always mocked and derided in any FPS-games. It is, unfortunately, the nature of the gamemode. There isn't much you can do besides coping with it while you grow up.

Now, I want to make a new suggestion for Blackwonder. Enforce the rule of warden disrespect. I've never seen in my 80 hours of JB get punished for warden disrespect. In fact, if you report two people for warden disrespect, it comes out half-baked, despite both clearly disrespecting warden.

"Warden disrespecting" was never a rule. You will be KOS if you disrespect Warden's game rules, you may also get banned if you abuse of the !fire function and you may get gagged or muted if you keep harassing them. That's all.
About the report, x9_raven is correct, there is nothing to punish SamuelFlex for, as he never did none of these three things said above, nor he broke any other rules.

So, my suggestion is: Get more familiar with BLW rules, and feel free to report rule-breakers in Discord or forums.

"Squeaker" mentality is cringe but there isn't much we can do about it, it's a problem that extends far beyond the bounds of BLW.
Reds are always gonna want to fire warden too, it's the only bit of leverage they have over him. Just report the players being plainly abusive with it or get cell wars started before they can finish firing you lol.

I remember seeing a tierlist of JB Rebellers and I was on the "barely rebels" tier or something, the only reason I didnt rebel was so that I could do shitty lrs like Sweeper collisions on, Sweeper jump podium to podium counter clockwise or Obby collisions on for some maps with a strafe jump like Ml castle (I think) and Minecraft. Now that I cant do my funny lrs Ive just started rebelling for fun, either I rebel or I dont to get lr and do Engi classwars.

Even i dont take jailbreak seriously, I'm here to just play on blackwonder and i can say that other people i.e. Kimmel, and etc. can agree with me.

I have never forced wardened, give video proof of me force wardening. Same goes for the 'disliked games'. On a day where i'm not rushed by sweaty neckbeards most days I play Sweeper, Crush Game, Deathrun, and never any RNG games.

Also I never said I take JB seriously. Why would I?
