This sounds like a fun idea, maybe we can get sooemone to start on a "concept" or something.

Who would do the balancing for irregular stats?
Cow Mangler 500:
-Does require ammo
-Alt-Fire: Doesn't fire a charged shot....
-Random critical hits?!?
-+20% damage to building
-Can be crit-boosted?!?
-hidden +12.3% reload speed bonus

The Rocket jumper (and sticky jumper if you will):

-200% max primary ammo an wearer?!?
+100% self damage inflicted
+100 damage bonus
Random Critical hits?!?
Wearer CAN VERY WELL carry the briefcase and Jack in pass the time

The B.A.S.E Jumper

Press "Jump" to not deploy your parachute?
Deployed Parachute fastens your decend???

The Rightenous Bison:

Does require ammo
Projectiles cannot penetrate players/can be airblasted
deals 500% damage to buldings (reverted 0.2 multiplier to 0.2 dividend = x5)

General buff banners:

Rage doesn't build trough damage done?
They basically don't provide buffs, and if they would provide debuffs....

The Beggar's bazooka

The Displicinary Action

On enemy hit: "provides" a debuff wich decreases movement speed?

Conniver's Kunai

On backstabs: Gives health to your victiim (??????????????)
+55 max hp

The dead ringer:

Cloak type: Feign life???

Leave a real Spy upon gaining health and lose invisibility, get more damage and move slower over a long period of time??
...

Invis watch:
Alt-Fire: Turn visible, can attack while visible.
Not bumbing into enemies makes you slightly invisible to enemies?!?

Sapper:

Place on friendly buldings to slowly give life and activate them?
Placing a sapper removes disguise.
(Red tape: +100% damage, Enemy bulding construcion )

Other problems: Medigun? Scout drinkables, Heavy usables, Sniper's piss, Equipment items in general, the existance of the engineer...
this is a problem tough xD

so this doesn't keep going I'm going to lock this. if you want to have the community give further input on the gamemode (though I don't see why since it's already 'done') you can make a new thread.
