Completed TF2 Guard Crits: Not Fair to Reds

Guard crits ruin the fun of jailbreak, as it renders rebelling (a big part of the game mode) almost useless. Rebelling is one of the reasons many people play JB, and it's part of the fun. I suggest a change that could possibly solve the discontent many people have with these crits:

In the first minute of the game, the guards are given crits. After this time, the crits are removed from the guards. This would prevent total chaos from ensuing when the round begins, and would allow some form of control to be established.

All Crit removal requests/Suggestions have all been declined and so will this one

This isn't a crit removal, this is a compromise. Keep them at the beginning of the round and have the rest of the round without them. That "Somewhat Threatening" is pretty fitting for the tone you have, why are you so positive that this is gonna be declined when this is still being considered? Robb has already asked the owner, this is probably just in the bottom of their to-do list.
