I've managed blackwonder Sg jailbreak and Aus jailbreak 3 years ago and was demoted 2 and a half months later due to abusing my powers and other reasons.

Why would you like to become a moderator?
Firstly i would like to apologise for the inconvenience i have caused in Blackwonder, I've been a terrible player as a moderator and a reporter and i really regretted it since.
I would like to become a moderator because i recently thought about trying to redeem myself back into the team and in hope that i can be welcome back again after 3 years and i would like to enforce the rules to those who are new to the server and hopefully help out Us jailbreak when most staff members are offline due to their timezone.

Most of my punishment lengths are for those who are intentionally rule breaking, for accidental i will be more lenient.

Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
As i said above, i was a moderator in Blackwonder and one of the reason why i was demoted was that i was too strict and punished them immediately after they broke the rules. From now on i will warn depending on their prios, when their last warn was and when were they punished before for the same rule.

My most recent ban was on 15Feb 2021 for "Numerous false report" ( 1 Week) by Rainbowrobb.
My most recent comms was on 24Nov 2018 for "Spamming W + Prios" ( 4 Weeks) by Wanka.
My most recent teamban was on 3June 2021 for "Illegal FF" by Charly ( 30 minutes) when he was a donor.

Once again i understand if this application will be declined due to overall being a terrible player in Blackwonder throughout my 4 years, thank you for reading my application.

Since you've mentioned me as the staff member you've spoken to before posting this application I guess I am somewhat obligated to reply to this and give my honest opinion on how I'd think you'd perform in the position but before I get into any of that. Let's walk through the basics here first.

Your recent chatlogs are clean, as of recent I cannot find any toxicity or disturbing language being used. I also see a common trend with you reminding new players of the rules which is very good to see.

As for your playtime which can be found here:

It is far above the requirement for staff. I can also personally vouch as well that over the course of the past 6 months I have seen you actively playing the server every week. Although one concern that you've brought up with me in private is that you are no longer able to play as much anymore as you have some personal manners to deal with limiting your playtime down to only being on Fri-Saturday.
We don't require you to play everyday and we also understand that you have a life outside of your computer but I am a bit surprised why you chose to apply for staff when you're the least active you have been in a while.

As for your punishment ladder as far as what I can see everything looks good. It's always good to make sure the player has been warned and understands the rule they've broken before moving past a warning. Though this does change depending on the players priors/intent. So I'm glad to see that you've introduced that approach to your punishment ladder. To add to that you're also firm in the places you need to be such as Mass freekilling and donor abuse.

Overall your application looks good so we'll move past that onto the next thing.

My overall experience with you has been very pleasant. You frequently play on blue team which requires a decent amount of knowledge of the rules. You often educate new players of said rules as well. You do your best to make sure you actively report people on topic you have made sure you're reporting people as of recent for appropriate reasons. You also reach out to me on a daily basis and inform me of chaos going on in US Jailbreak which is very good to see.

The biggest issue here for me is your past. You've been trusted once why should we trust you again?
As you've mentioned in your application you used to be a moderator for Blackwonder specifically for the Jailbreak servers. You lost your perms due to admin abuse and punishing players firmly without a warning.

To be honest supreme this trait it is still very much present regardless of whether or not you're staff. You consistently report players for the smallest reasons (as of recent you're making changes) and even have acknowledged to me in private that you are aware they are new players and don't understand the rules and the issues you report them for do not always necessarily warrant a full report. Instead there has been several occasions where you could have educated the player about the rules before moving forward with reporting them. This is something that you have also been punished for in the past.

In consideration of what has been mentioned above. I do firmly believe your intentions are good. You also seem very apologetic for your previous actions. Unfortunately regardless of your current behaviour. We cannot forget what has happened in the past. According to some other staff member's you were given plenty of times to change the way you behaved and you didn't. You were trusted with a significant amount of power and you took advantage of that.

With that being said I wish you the best of luck on your application, although I will not be giving you my support for obvious reasons.

I know that this might not be the best time to apply due to my playtime dropping because other days i'm outside the country(@TheCrappyCompletionist would understand) and only come back during the days i listed but i try to come to the server when I can, as much as possible.

As I said above, my playtime dropped due to army but previously when I was mod I used to play everyday for a long period of time, I abused my commands and was too late to be forgiven due to a huge negative impact I've made, now that since I only play 3 days per week if I ever abuse my commands again, it won't affect the community as much as I did 3 years ago but then again it's all about trust and I can't show that just yet but my intentions are good just that the tools I used was in the wrong way and I will take full responsibility for my actions if I ever abuse again.

Heya, I'm going to leave my thoughts here.

While the concerns about your past actions as moderator have already been brought up and whether or not you can be trusted again, one of my major concerns is how strict you would be as staff. You would report for the smallest infractions/for nothing at all, which resulted in your week ban. Jailbreak is a complex gamemode to play in itself, let alone moderate. There is a degree of leniency that is needed when moderating jailbreak to keep the game fun and to keep it moving. Overmoderation overtime has been a contributing factor in the past to a jb server's death, which no one wants.

I have learnt to not report unless they are intentionally rule breaking and causing disturbance to the server as shown in my ban on 15Feb 2021, it has been well over a year since the problem but I have to admit that most of my reports have made both Aus and Sg Jailbreak dead for about a year and a half which it shouldn't be forgiven and I really apologise for it.

While you have said that you have learnt since your ban and to only report people for intentional rule breaks, it is still a concern as who knows what will happen once you actually regain your perms if accepted.

This coupled with the potential trust issues people may have that have been stated previously, I unfortunately can't say that it would be a good idea for this application to be accepted.

I understand why you're concerned about it but I've changed over the course of almost 2 years in reporting players and how to handle them by trying to enforce the rules to them instead.

That is true but I would like to bring up that every consequence that I've taken ( from donor abuse back in 2018, and exploiting the report system in 2021) , I have never repeated the same mistake twice, though its not something I'm proud of but it shows that I have really reflected on my actions and would like to move on. I will be more cautious when handling players who break the rules and I hope that I can have 1 last chance to show that I'm not who I used to be back in 2019 as a mod but someone who really changed for the better.
