Resolved Storebot Issue *not resolved

On December 16 I sold 85 refined to the storebot in two trades the first trade of 4 ref went through and I got the credits. The second trade of 81 refined went through but I did not get any credits. I would either like a full refund of the 85 refined or the credits I traded for but did not receive.

Hey, I just checked and I have not received any of the credits. I might have given you the wrong steam id since there are 3 types so here. I'm kind of new to trading so I would prefer not to lose the refined but if it's not possible to fix it I'll understand.
