I tried to convert my +3000 credits into reclaimed metal but keeps refusing the offer, I tried at least 5 times but no good.

On December 16 I sold 85 refined to the storebot in two trades the first trade of 4 ref went through and I got the credits. The second trade of 81 refined went through but I did not get any credits. I would either like a full refund of the 85 refined or the credits I traded for but did not...

For some reason, it won't accept my trade and just holds it and I do have enough to buy the said item. I tried buy a scarp which they had 6 in stock and i have 107 credits. So why is it not working?

Hello! So, I have a problem of the storebot not accepting my offer while it is online. (I TRIED 4 TIMES) It ,also,declines it. For some reason, It is offline for almost 24/7. The contract doesn't appear sometimes until after 3 days or 2. Please,Help! Thanks fo your work! -meh

I typed !storebot, followed the link but was greeted with an inventory filled to the brim with 3 rainy day cosmetic cases and not seeing any sort of metal or keys in the inventory that happened to belong to storebot.
