Reset The World for 1.14

I have 100,000 dollars in my faction and I had 120,000 dollars in my inventory before I killed myself in a wall 100 times. I personally don't care if I lose the other 100k dollars. Starting over would be fun because I can have a chance on competing with all the factions on the server for the top spot. Also, shulker boxes would be nice to have since raids don't happen at all. And if it is a problem, then have it where you will spawn in the world with only 1 shulker box and that's all you get. This is just my personal opinion on the matter. Also glad to be part of the top 5 richest factions on the server even though like 3 people aren't even in factions and have like a million dollars for being solo.

Why all reset? Copy the worldboard 1.13 to 1.14

Because if we don't reset it, very few of the new 1.14 features will be present, and will only appear in new chunks which are a decent ways away from spawn. By resetting the world, the loaded chunks have all of the new features in them and it's just easier to access the new features.
