What rules has the reported player broken? Gagging for a non-rule breaking reason (spamming, being rude, etc.) or admin abuse
He gagged me because i asked him "are you butthurt"

Your telling me that i cant comment on Reports even tho theres nothing said about that anywhere on the forum and i did it not only here but on other reports too and the admins didnt say aynthing about it?

Interesting report. Although there is no evidence the report strengthens this feeling I have been having for a while now.
I think this community has excellent admins and a really productive owner (and ex co-owner Noodl). I trust every admins decision in this community expect 2. One of which is Darthie. You see, I've been looking through the bans he issued and there were 3 cases where he failed to even ban correctly.

There are some other bans what I find weird. Like the reason "ignoring admin" means nothing to me. By this you must mean that the person didn't acknowledge your warnings but we have no idea why you warned him in the first place. Side note, he is also 13 years old which proves nothing but is still a bit young imo and could be a reason why he would make decisions too quickly. Anyway, I don't know if Darthie banned/muted/gagged people falsely. But I think it's worth looking into. I want the best for this community, admins who make mistakes like this and don't even notice shouldn't be a thing here. Hopefully he has to say something. It's not everyday that an admin gets reported.

I highly suggest to check the logs, i obviously have my doubts, but what Buster stated previously is something we cannot ignore.

I think he needs to get his ban times straight... the freekill (given it was a few freekills done knowingly) should had been 2 weeks tops, and the other two could had been shrugged off (unless he ignored warnings or kept being disrespctful in which case a gag of 1 day for the disrespect and 1 day ban for the ignoring). That's just me though. None of them required permanent.

Name changes. When he became an admin his name was that and now it's different. But it's the same in sourcebans.

I ususally do like a 1 day ban for just like a few or 1 freekills and if they just kill everyone a week is that not enough ban time, and also if I notice that someone has a banned a lot thats the only reason I'd perma ban

That is a good reason to permaban because it shows they won't learn. And once they do they could always appeal

Ehm... let's see
Pretty sure banning players **permanently** by a mistake won't be as much trouble as we already know.... it's a simple mistake. (i mean, i also did that before multiple times, but immediately re-banned them with the actual amount of time they were meant to be banned for)

However getting angry because someone said "Are you butthurt?" is not okay.
You have no idea how many people insult me every day in the server knowing that i'm an admin.
not that much really (around 3~7), but there are still people who do that.
And you know what i do? i don't even care. why would i waste my time on someone like that.
i don't even care if he insulted me in the worst way ever.

However, if that player kept "insulting me" for multiple times (let's say 6~10) times even tho he was warned, that's when i might gag/mute him.

Also, if that player broke any rules i will quickly warn him about it, if he doesn't listen he will be punished.

Look... for me at least, if anyone broke the rules i will always be ready to warn and punish.
if anyone insulted me in anyway i won't care...

As an admin you shouldn't be short tempered, as it seems you look like one.

(and yes i know i might have said the same thing two times in a row but just ignore that)

I do not think that Darthie is qualified for an admin position, in my opinion.
I've felt this way since he replied in my staff application. He gives me bad vibes, no acrimony intended.

If Benedevil checks the logs and what is stated in the report happens to be true, my opinion would be reinforced.

And yes you commented in reports before because """"what you said"""" in these past reports was something useful.

He is not telling you that you can't comment, he is telling you to NOT comment anything useless, unless you have anything that you think will be a great thing to mention.

i'm not going to make this long, but as clear is it is, he didn't tell you you can't comment on reports, he told you you can't comment anything useless on reports.

Mistakes... mistakes happen... everyone do mistakes. we already covered this topic, it doesn't matter if he did these perma ban mistakes, since... it was a mistake.

And since we all know that he is new to the admin world, he might forget a few commands, as well as how to write them.

however the topic now is the fact that he gaged/muted someone for saying "you got butthurt?"
which is not admin-like behavior.
