Declined Remove bhop from jailbreak.

the problem I have with bhop is that you get free mobillity with no penalty, and its pretty easy to hit the jumps, you don't even need to use the scroll wheel. A soldier can rocket jump once and keep jumping with no penalty except the first jump, same goes for demoman his stickies/charge. As a prisoner you can also get a pretty significant bhop boost from the blu team's crit shots, allowing you to run away far more easily, which makes it unfair for the blus.

Kind of balanced when you realize blues have guns and anyone with good aim can take down a bhoping red. Plus if warden allows blues to chase reds, well then its fair game

I personally dont think bhop does enough harm to warrant its removal from Jailbreak, as the mileage you get out of it is based on your individual skill, not which team youre on. Even if you can't bhop, there are still more than enough normal ways to run down a bhopping rebel, especially if you can cut off his escape route.

But the blues can get instant speed while reds have to earn the speed strafing around, which takes some time to reach a significant ammount of speed.

Also, how is it fair that you can charge as demoman and keep the speed by bhoping? he can catch up to you in no time with no drawbacks.

Remove bhop from vsh lr because it's broken but bhop makes normal JB rounds much more exciting.
