All players must have a functioning microphone (and speak English) to be on blue team at any time (except BR servers where they still need a mic but also speak Portuguese).

If you're wondering why I sent you that message, see the attached screenshot.
You shouldn't be speaking english on the BRJB server. If you do not speak Portuguese you are under the same restrictions as a player with no mic. You should not be going on blue with no mic unless you are autobalanced by something like VSH or Tonks, doesn't matter if it's a special round or not.
