It would be excellent if every engineer, regardless of what melee weapon they're using, would have 150hp as default like they would in Rushy's zombie survival.
So why have 150hp be the default hp for engineers is beneficial to anyone, as now you aren't forced to use 1 melee weapon (gunslinger) just to survive 3 hits, as the crit mechanic is honestly a bit useless considering a 3rd melee hit is always death to a medic and very rarely is it applicable for use, allowing 150hp as the standard hp value for engineers also means a much, much less restrictive approach for testing weapon loadouts/combos alongside perks to use with whatever melee loadout you desire for greater expirementation and varied play.
My next reason is newer players, if you don't happen to have the ONLY option to have as much hp as medics do to survive more than 2 hits, you're pretty much toast and other players who have the fortune of having gunslinger have a massive advantage over those who don't have gunslinger, another important thing to mention is leaps, you see when you preform a market garden-esc melee swipe midair, you do more damage than your basic medic melee damage, a medic that does ONLY 1 leap will certainly almost 1-shot a engineer without gunslinger because of their lower hp count plus increased melee damage in a leap, allowing 150hp as a standard for engineer health means newer players don't have to be forced into using a melee weapon with a very situational mechanic and could any melee to their preferred likings.
