Resolved Jailbreak Bhop Bug

When Jailbreak classic mode LR is played, the bhop plugin breaks by not turning back on after the round ends. This even persists after a map change.

Actually, not sure if this persists after the map change its a bit wonky. But it definitely doesn't change back on for the rest of the map time.

The issue is already known, whenever it happens just make sure you know how it happened so the dev's can try to fix it.

Yesterday bhop stopped working for me. I typed /bhop and it started working again. I don't remember the last time before yesterday that I had to type /bhop to make it work, and I've played a lot.
Then today it completely stopped working. Typing /bhop doesn't fix it, no matter how many times I try. It's just completely broken for me now.
