Dear, Blackwonder
During the time I’ve spent making this goodbye letter to you, the community of Blackwonder, I have finally made up my mind, and decided to officially quit blackwonder. I have been on Blackwonder since 2021, TF2 casual has never been my go to when playing this game, so I would almost always be seen playing on community servers, one of which being Blackwonder Jailbreak. I have experienced many joys playing Blackwonder Jailbreak, I have seen Jailbreak regulars come and go, even the Blackwonder King, Grandpa, which I have my name to commemorate this legendary man. But all joy is only momentary pleasure. Outside of my childhood view of blackwonder, I have begun to see and experience the worst of this community.
I am quitting Blackwonder because of how bad some of the Admins have started to treat its players, one of which being 10000 Cold Knights. If I had to describe 10000 Cold Knights in three words it’d be snooty, greedy, and abusive. 10000 Cold Knight likes to punish people for bad reasons and use loopholes in the rules to justify them. I have been publicly threatened by 10000 Cold Knights saying that he’d remove my donator perks, which I paid real life money for, for talking about resize commands. Another time 10000 Cold Knights server-gagged Snakeman on the discord and insulted him in the comments of his appeal. He punished Snakeman based on the assumptions that he was going to break a server rule, and that itself, should paint a picture on the kind of admin 10000 Cold Knights is.
Another admin I have bad blood with is Jim. There is no question that most server regulars found distainment towards Jim. If I had to describe Jim in three words, I would say he is spleen, discriminative, and pseudo. Jim has a knack for punishing me for something and letting everyone else who does the same slide without even mentioning it. A time that this has happened is when he timed me out in the discord for sending a gif in general chat about me getting back from my server time out, this time out was sentenced to me by Jim, and his reason for punishing me this time was: “shitposting on serious threads.” Jim abuses his admin powers by enforcing minor rules once someone he doesn't like breaks said rules, giving them large penalties no matter how serious it is.
My love for Blackwonder Jailbreak died in the span of 2 weeks because of back to back admin punishments. I got banned on the Forums for making a suggestion, I got timed out in the discord two times; one for talking about the Chris Tyson situation (Even though I saw someone talk about it earlier that day without punishment), and the other for sending a gif, then I got muted and gagged in-server because of an altercation when a player insulted my mic. The sad thing is even other admins who I did not have bad relationships with refuse to help me, refusing to see the clear logic of things. And thus, I am no longer playing in this community run by idiots.
I personally do not think that this situation is going to get better. The only way I can see to avoid this whole situation is to not break any rules in the first place. Although this isn’t a bad thing to ask of the community, It shouldn't shine any light away from how they severely discriminate against people who have a history of breaking rules. The admins of Blackwonder do not believe a person can grow and change, and thus this is not a community I want to be a part of anymore. I’ve done alot for this community with my long patronage, donations, and discord server boosts. I do not believe that if you pay for this server, you deserve constant respect. But after everything I’ve done to support them, it has not changed their negative perspective of me.
