Declined Freedays

So whenever all the reds die on jailbreak and its just free days left, could their free days get removed? I have seen admins remove it since they're delaying the round but, is there a way to have this happen automatically?

By experience so far, their freedays will be removed when: A red who is not freeday and has not rebelled will be given an lr, or when FF (Friendly Fire) is turned on which I know for a fact might get you punished for it.

Even better is if the blues get off their high horse and kill themselves to end the round. The freedays earned their freeday, the blues have no purpose left in the round.
