Have you managed servers previously? Yes
If Yes, which ones? I own a locally hosted L4D2 server that my friends and i play on.
Why do you want to become an admin? It seems like every time i join a BW server there are rude people or hackers or spawnkillers that make it very hard to enjoy being on the server(s).
I want players to be able to enjoy there time on BW servers.
Are you familiar with admin commands? Yes
Do you know any of our current staff members? Yes
If Yes, please tell us the their names. http://steamcommunity.com/id/MrBenedevil

Please tell us when you usually play and are available. monday-friday 4pm-8pm / saturday 10am-8pm / sunday 1pm-8pm
On what servers do you usually play? 104.143.12.42:27325
104.143.12.42:27175
104.206.96.74:27180
176.57.142.90:28035
176.57.141.143:27020
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know. I don't always play tf2 but I am available to message on steam during the listed times.
I'm graduated from high school and currently have a job.
*** I am familiar with http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=214630948 and http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=574484797 but that is all the command experience I have. ***
How would you go about punishing a hacker/spammer/simple rulebreaker...etc.? Hackers will be perma banned.
Chat or mic spammers would get 2 written (ingame chat) warnings then a kick or temp( 6 to 12 hours) or perma mute depending on how often they spam on the server.
Rulebreakers would get 2 written warnings then a kick/temp/perma ban depending on how often they break the rules.
Spawnkillers would get one warning then a kick then a temp/perma ban based on how often the spawnkill.
I.E. if someone is in spawn and you kill them that makes you a spawnkiller.
