Why do you want to become an admin? It seems like every time i join a BW server there are rude people or hackers or spawnkillers that make it very hard to enjoy being on the server(s).
I want players to be able to enjoy there time on BW servers.

How would you go about punishing a hacker/spammer/simple rulebreaker...etc.? Hackers will be perma banned.
Chat or mic spammers would get 2 written (ingame chat) warnings then a kick or temp( 6 to 12 hours) or perma mute depending on how often they spam on the server.
Rulebreakers would get 2 written warnings then a kick/temp/perma ban depending on how often they break the rules.
Spawnkillers would get one warning then a kick then a temp/perma ban based on how often the spawnkill.
I.E. if someone is in spawn and you kill them that makes you a spawnkiller.

Well it depends on the severity of the hack, and everyone deserves at least one second chance.
Repeat hackers will receive a perma ban.

It looks like a good application, however you did not describe what timezone you are currently in. Also, it is your choice, but I feel like a hacker is a permenant ban on the spot. Hacking is hacking and they can appeal the ban on the forums if they wish for a second chance. I also believe that a rulebreaker, or spawnkillers for that matter should never be permenantly banned. If they come back and keep on doing it they should just receive increasing temporary bans. The application is fairly short aswell.

Finally specifying the IP of the servers you play on is not recommended (I think). I would much rather -and other admins- have you say that "I play on the jailbreak servers" or something of that sort.

Alright this is a good application, you seem active and you have been here awhile. About banning hackers, it is a perm ban no matter the severity of hacking. I will cast my vote whether you have my support or not.

The reason I listed it IP's is because the majority of BW servers I have seen are some form of crit or 10x and I wanted to be specific enough to avoid any confusion about the servers I go on.
As for the Time zone... honestly I'm not sure, but if it helps I live in Salt Lake City UT USA.

I understand, but for those who do not want to look up the exact server, I need to know that you play on the tf2 x10 server. It makes it easier for me at least. I can know what sort of server you are on without looking it up.

i overall think your app is pretty good. but i still have to say that melon(sorry for shortening) is right. well you changed to ban a hacker perm. but even so i still want to know in which time zone your in and if you have a mic (an mic is pretty recomended if you ask me) after you aswered these questions ill cast my vote.

Honestly I believe a server with just friends is a whole lot different than managing a server with other people. That being said, you might be inexperienced with punishments and what not. Im with Mel, a server just with friends makes you inexperienced with dealing with mic spammers, rule breakers, etc. However you might be experienced the admin commands from the server but your punishments are a little light and you need to come down harder on cheaters, rulebreakers, and other neusences to the community. So my final vote is good feeling but you dont have my full support.
