I think that the "Hostile Shit Feedback Staff Members" would be nicer to you if you wouldn't be insultive.
YOU want to be Admin yet someone digs bad thinks up and publishes them for an better overview about you and you just complain.
Just imagine you actually being admin, you see someone breaking a Rule and you punish them, but one player on the server says that you may have been to harsh and ask you why you did this.
If you wouldn't magically do an 360 in your behaviour you would mostly become passive aggressive like in this Thread and threaten him saying that if he has any more critisism (even if it is constructive/mature) he can follow the banned guy.
You shouldn't try to deny your past mistakes, yet alone attack those who show them to you as they most likely don't do it in bad intent but rather try to help you.
I'm sure Tomato Cat didn't want to blame you for your failed apps in other communities, this is just part of applying as an Admin,heck, applying anywhere, and you should've had calmly responded in an mature way explaining the situation.
