Completed Add back 5 seconds before picking a random warden

As the title suggests I believe that the 5 second timer before picking a random warden should be added back to give players the chance to force warden. While I see how this can be abused, I believe it lets people who strongly want to play warden the opportunity. What are your thoughts?

If you think about it, waiting 5 seconds for a possibility of a good warden who knows what they're doing is better than instantly getting a warden with a higher possibility of being an absolute dunce not knowing what to do

When the servers are synced:
Warden will now be automatically be chosen after 15 seconds.
