so if i tell the blus that a red is in armoury, which is delaying because it was hunger games and warden sayed to stay in the main cell area and left to get to armoury, am i able to do it?

Is ghosting allowed if the reds are delaying the round by not listening to warden rules on Hunger Games?

I'm now playing Jailbreak on TF2. And people keep telling me we cant do Last Guard Kills All on a freeday (which is not first day). And there is no warden. Can a admin or someone who knows it explain further?
