Is ghosting allowed if the reds are delaying the round by not listening to warden rules on Hunger Games?

Ghosting is the act of alerting players to a rebelling RED's presence whilst dead. It's only acceptable when a RED or BLU is delaying the round by not actively rebelling as the last RED(s)/delaying Last Guard Kills All.

If a player is delaying, aka last alive and not actively rebelling (hiding), but is considered a rebel for disobeying the warden's orders, then you can state their location to stop the delaying.

so if i tell the blus that a red is in armoury, which is delaying because it was hunger games and warden sayed to stay in the main cell area and left to get to armoury, am i able to do it?

If a RED is in armoury then that would be considered actively rebelling.
