Can a red get lr if they "First Chose to do HG, then if they win HG. Do they get lr?"
Some guy says no but some people say yes.
I'm getting really confused

If the round starts and its hg then the winner gets lr. (Unless he did something he shouldnt have done for example. Rebel, vandalism, etc)
