It's a shame because Nightmare Mode can break up a boring day, but it's virtually impossible without an admin on to noclip into the admin room.

Nightmare Mode can only be activated via a button pressed by an admin. As Viking stated, someone would need to write a plugin for it to be applicable, navigation files would need to be put into every map in the rotation and it'd probably take a long time to do only for people to not give a shit...

It's okay. Sometimes it's easy to get excited when an admin gets on in the event of a mass freekill or micspam when no-one else is there to remedy it, or just because you really enjoy their presence. Just try and keep ya' yapper shut until the punishment is dished out from now on.

Form could use a little tidying up with capitals in the wrong place but other than that I'd say it's neatly done. I know that you're very active on the server as well and have a generally good idea of what and what is not A-OK according to the rules, so in my personal opinion as if it matters...
