Who are you Reporting? Bender (another of his alts)

What is the accused persons SteamID? STEAM_0:0:197820160

What rules has the reported player broken? Mass freekill because "he has to go". Starts immediately. Unfortunately I wasn't recording when I entered the server so I couldn't catch more of his shenanigans.
