they had long enough and no you abused your donor powers by muting for no good reason hence why they're being removed, considering what herald did was not breaking any rules he gave them both at least 4 seconds to stop moving. and if you get reported you dont get a warning thats how it works...

we tend not to undo teambans for mfk but i'll give you the benefit of the doubt and believe your story, you havent received any other bans since then but you need to sort out your communications seeing as you have a LOT of those. i'll undo your teamban and hope i am not making a mistake.
