perhaps read the one and only rule of deathmatch style servers... "no spawn camping" if you had been reported for the offense there'd be no warning of the ban so why expect one in server ? dont break the rules you dont get punished. simples

depending on the map it could mean people get access to burger king massacre or several other admin only rooms, there would also be the one red or blue who just hides in an impossible to access or kill area due to being outside of the map
