Smash 4 is the best and the most enjoyable in my opinion
I'm not a pro nerd smash player, but I've played a lot both SSBB and Smash 4
I've tried to play Meele but it's really darn hard... Everything happens at a very high pace
I even had a demo of that game when he donor abused, but I didn't report SyNFox back then because I have voice_loopback set to 0 at all times which means that my own voice is not recorded on the demo. Because of this some of the illegal votemute reports would be confusing as it wouldn't be clear...
Why is it not fair?
That's the point of freedays! A free-day! Being immune to guards anger, not having to go by the rules and being able to do almost everything as a reward for being a good sport. If they get the tauntkill, they are instantly KOS and they just waste their freeday. No clue why it...

Regarding some of the comm blocks:
One of them is made by myself; I called a votemute on myself as a joke and I even got unbanned by Viking34 after contacting him.
3 of the mutes made by SynFox were just donor abusing; he was constantly muting me when I had my mic set a bit too...
Sending screens of the chat would be good evidence, sending screenshots of console is not enough. It can be easily faked (Not implying that you faked it, though). Send over the demo!
It can be even 5 mins or something else, the point is the current votekick is useless if used for good, as the rulebreaker can instantly come back. Not to mention during voting some trolls or rulebreakers friends can vote no a couple of times making it even more pointless.
Why?
This would help to deal with rulebreakers when admins can't come (due to various reasons)
Pros:
- May help with the "[VALVe] Twilight Sparkle issue", and give more time for admins to come and punish the rulebreaker
- May make the rulebreakers loose interest and stop
