An admin told me once, that the rule is only there to keep kids at a minimum so that they wont be raged on cuz of their voice. So they wont get punished for it. Its just there to "scare" them.

Heres how i think it would be good: Create a SubForum called Rules and put the Rules for Jailbreak, VSH etc. in it. Make /rules open MOTD and send you to that SubForum.
