This happens to me as well, it teamswitched an active warden yesterday but he was still warden since he did not die, we just rolled with it and he could still give LR. So yeah this need a little tweak.

Since people are most likely not gonna notice whoever went here and they mostly taunt while waiting and delaying, they almost always got crits. However i think you are right that this may not be an exploit, i will update the report to be a delay only report.
