ByRud mostly known as [VALVE] Twilight Sparkle is a "script kiddie" who keeps on coming back with alts on the same name using vpn so he can't get ip banned.

This was suggested by Doomsday.exe in discord, as the title says the byrud problem needs to be taken care off he keeps on coming back and never stops so as doomsday.exe suggested anyone by the name of byryd should be auto-banned so that any account he makes with the name byrud or [VALVE]...
