Declined Auto-ban anyone named byrud

This was suggested by Doomsday.exe in discord, as the title says the byrud problem needs to be taken care off he keeps on coming back and never stops so as doomsday.exe suggested anyone by the name of byryd should be auto-banned so that any account he makes with the name byrud or [VALVE] Twilight Sparkle should get auto-banned.

We were discussing it on Discord the other day, though it's undecided and just off to the side for the time being.
Noodl said that it'd be possible to implement a system where the server checks for players with the characters '[' 'V' 'A' 'L' 'V' 'E' ']' 'T' 'W' 'I' 'L' (and so on) and if a player is spotted having such characters in their name in any order, then something's done about the user, such as an immediate perm.

Of course, they could figure this out, and come under randomly generated aliases with VPN's, making the entire system pointless. That's the only flaw I can think of with such a method.

ByRud mostly known as [VALVE] Twilight Sparkle is a "script kiddie" who keeps on coming back with alts on the same name using vpn so he can't get ip banned.

You could be sneaky about it. Make the ban message the typical message you get if you try to join a server when you've already been banned.

Of course, this threads very existence would run the risk of them finding out so if you did something like that so this thread should probably go away, but that might throw them off enough to just quit and move on to another community.
