Link and Kit were teambanned, and scunt was muted. As for the 'away from warden without permission' parts, warden did actually gives blues permission to hunt and chase at the beginning of the round so none of those accusation are valid. Sota was not punished.

Happens to me too sometimes. If you're a medic you can switch to your medigun and back and that'll fix it. I don't know if that fixes it for all classes but I'm pretty sure it does.
