Why should we revoke your punishment?
I believe I should be unbanned because I was not being serious. I was just trying to prank this dude that I could gag him because he kept sending me trade offers and kept offering different (and pretty poor) trades about a normal pan. I just got annoyed and told him i was gonna gag him (I am a donor though) and then I was reported. I did not mean any actual harm.

It was me that punished you, not Cyrium. Cyrium was just a bystander.

At first I was inclined to unban you, but you weren't talking to the trader in this screenshot- you spoke right to a mod. And, donor or not, you can't gag someone just for offering you random trades. That would constitute donor abuse.
