Nope there is no obligation at all. The reason you probably think there are a ton of JB admins is because well there are quite a few of us at this point but JB also has that giant portfolio of rules that has to be enforced on top of the regular serverwide rules. Maybe one of the plebs like Lucas with hammer experience can put a hurt trigger on top of the balloon so anyone who jumps on top dies. It would probably be a little complex though since the balloon moves and I'm not sure if you would have to configure the trigger to move as well.
