You've been here quite longer than a good chunk of staff at this point yet you think you can get away with something like a no-no spray which there is no doubt in my mind you were aware of and know the consequences. Furthermore "I will check from now on" is not a valid reason to be unbanned...

Could you post a demo so we can see firsthand what's going on? Most likely it's something up with your textures or your PC may be weak for tf2 but I'll try to help however I can :)
